All purchases from IgnisMoon.com are carefully packaged in our custom jewelry boxes and are shipped first class mail via USPS.

We process your orders as quickly as we can - Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and 2-5 business days for delivery. If there are any issues with your delivery, or if it arrives damaged, please refer to our Exchange Policy and we will work with you personally to make things right.

Each piece from Ignis Moon is packaged with love and care, but we know that nothing is perfect. That’s why when something goes wrong, we promise to make it right.
We will accept exchanges on items purchased from IgnisMoon.com within 15 days of purchase if you receive your items damaged. Simply contact us through email and we will work with you personally to make sure you are satisfied.
